B2B Sales Representative, Education, Workshops, and Music Retail

We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative to expand our sales across education institutions, independent workshops, and music stores. This role focuses on outbound sales through cold calling and cold email, while also managing and growing existing client relationships. The objective is to introduce and sell our DIY guitar kits for educational programs, workshops, and retail resale.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect schools, colleges, universities, independent workshops, and music stores

- Conduct cold calls to decision-makers including educators, workshop owners, and store managers

- Send targeted cold emails to potential B2B clients

- Present our DIY guitar kits for use in classes, workshops, group builds, and retail environments

- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B clients

- Support repeat orders, bulk purchases, and long-term partnerships

- Log outreach, conversations, and deals using CRM tools or spreadsheets

- Coordinate with the internal team on pricing, wholesale terms, and custom requirements

Requirements

- Experience in outbound B2B sales or inside sales

- Strong cold calling and cold email skills

- Clear, confident, and professional phone communication

- Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers

- Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits

- Comfortable working with targets and commission-based incentives

- Experience selling to education, workshops, or retail is a strong advantage

- Interest in music, instruments, or DIY products is a plus

Compensation

- Base monthly salary

- Commission on every completed sale

- Performance-based earning potential with no hard cap
